Tang Soo Do - 당수도 Name of the art we study - Tang (China) Soo (Hand) Do (Way)
San Kil - 산길 Our style of Tang Soo Do - San (Mountain) Kil (Path)
Kwang Jang (Nim) - 관장님 School Founder or Grandmaster, usually 8th Dan or higher
Sa Bom (Nim) - 사범님 4th Dan & Up, Certified Master Instructor (similar to "shihan" in Japanese)
Kyo Sa (Nim) - 교사님 2nd & 3rd Dan, Certified Instructor (similar to "kyōshi" in Japanese)
Seonsaeng (Nim) - 선생님 1st Dan, Certified Teacher (similar to "sensei" in Japanese)
Nim - 님 Term of respect similar to "Sir" or "Honorable"
Seonbae - 선배 Senior member (similar to "senpai" in Japanese)
